- Initial free consultation (1 hour)
- 2 prenatal visits (2 hours each session)
- Develop a birth plan through informed decision-making
- Learn hands-on comfort measures -for yourself and your support person during pregnancy and labor
- 1 online meeting to discuss Ayurvedic postpartum care and breastfeeding (1.5 hours)
- Unlimited text/email support for the duration of your pregnancy
- On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth (42 weeks)
- Continuous labor support, from early labor to up to three hours after delivery (until you and your baby are safe and settled).
- 1 postpartum visit to reflect on the birth, answer questions and connect to motherhood and baby (2 hours)
Sacred Birth € 2111
- Initial free consultation (1 hour)
- 2 prenatal visits (2 hours each session)
- Develop a birth plan through informed decision making
- Learn hands-on comfort measures for yourself and your support person during pregnancy and labor.
- Ceremony for opening the sacred birth space (Mother blessing or Parents Blessing – tailored to your needs with or without shamanic medicines)
- 1 online prenatal meeting to discuss Ayurvedic postpartum care and breastfeeding (1.5 hours)
- Unlimited text/email support for the duration of pregnancy and 4 weeks after delivery
- On-call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth (42 weeks)
- Continuous labor support, from early labor at your home to up to two hours after delivery (until you and your baby are safe and settled).
- Shamanic Drumming for childbirth and labor (if applicable)
- 1 postpartum visit to reflect on the birth, answer questions and connect to motherhood and baby.
- Ceremony for closing the sacred birth space, including herbal sitz, bath or shower and a gentle oil massage and sacred shamanic medicines)
- Reiki energy healing or birth art session (before or after birth to work through any potential blockages or fears that may be preventing you from experiencing the pregnancy, birth and/or entry into motherhood.

- Last-minute doula support is available from week 33 of pregnancy
